1: Sales Team

Desired profile :

For BDE :

Graduate preferably in Pharmacy / Bio- Science/ Biotechnology with a minimum 1 year field sales experience. Experience in Oncology is preferable. However experienced candidates from any Pharma Specialty can also be considered. Talented Freshers can also apply.

For BDM :

Minimum 4 years of work experience in specialty division / reputed company, preferably with exposure in Oncology in the assigned territory.

For RBM :

Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in specialty division / reputed company, preferably in Oncology in the region. Candidates with the experience of people management will be preferred.

For BDE :

2: Product Management Team

Desired profile :

Product Executive

4-6 yrs experience in PMT, with 1-2 yrs working experience in the field is preferable.

Management Trainee Product Executive/Asst. Product Manager/Product Manager : B.Pharm/BSc MBA, with 1-4 years in Pharma-PMT with or without field experience.

Candidates with experience of field job in oncology or specialty or others, can also apply. Communication in English should be excellent.

Job Description :

Responsible for all day to day promotion related activities related to products assigned.
• Responsible for the marketing strategy of the products.
• Product related training to field staff.
• Ready to travel pan India, as and when required to ensure implementation of strategy, for official meetings and for seminars etc.

3: Business Resource Department

Desired profile :

Business Executive

Eligibility : The candidate should be a MINIMUM graduate with experience of business administration, BBA/BSc./Biotech degree/MBA/MSc/MPharm. Should be EXCELLENT in communication in English (spoken & writing). Should be well versed with all applications of Microsoft office. Should be smart and presentable in dressing & grooming habits.

Job Description :

Work in close coordination with senior management for procurement, sales forecast-planning, new product avenues, inventory vs follow ups with manufacturers, artwork development through designers, etc. Experienced person with flair/experience of the JD, may also apply.
